Which 20mm grass should I compare?

A low pile can be useful where a neat profile matters, including compact balconies and terraces. Measure the complete build-up above the existing surface: pile height alone does not tell you the backing thickness, underlay depth or door clearance. Check that water can still reach the original drainage outlets.
Plan the finish and the fit
Compare a Sorrento sample with a 30mm sample if you are deciding between a compact finish and more visible fibre depth. Its PP construction is described on the product page; confirm local end-of-life collection arrangements before relying on a recycling route.

Is 20mm artificial grass the same as putting-green turf?
No. A short lawn pile does not establish putting performance. Choose a product specifically described for putting if that is your intended use.
