At Status Grass, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are here to help. Please review our policy below for guidance on returns, refunds, and faulty products.


Returns Policy

If you change your mind, you can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please send the product along with a copy of your order confirmation or sales invoice to the address below. All items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit, as refunds may be affected if the returned product is deemed unsuitable for resale.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for artificial grass or other products that have been cut to size, made to measure, or installed unless a manufacturer’s fault is identified. We strongly encourage you to order samples prior to making bespoke or large orders to ensure the product meets your expectations.


Faulty Products

If you believe your product has a manufacturer’s fault, please notify us within 30 days of purchase, providing clear photographic evidence. If a fault is confirmed, you will be entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement, depending on your preference.

For faults identified after 30 days, we will assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund (or a price reduction if you choose to keep the product).

To process claims for faulty products:

  • Return the product to the address above for investigation.
  • If a fault is confirmed, we will reimburse your return shipping costs.

If the product is installed and cannot be removed, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements. We may arrange a courier pickup service, subject to a maximum fee of £50.00.

    • Our liability is limited to the original order value.
    • We are not responsible for third-party costs, such as installation expenses.
    • Faults caused by improper installation, use, or maintenance are not covered under this policy.
  2. Batch Variations
    Slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur between batches. We recommend ordering all required materials in one batch to ensure consistency.

  3. Colour Representation
    While we make every effort to display product colours accurately online, monitor discrepancies may occur. Please use our free sample service to confirm colours before placing an order.
