Description

Playground 8mm Black Artificial Grass delivers striking definition for lanes, borders, and creative designs. The compact 8mm pile provides a smooth, low-profile surface that stays tidy with minimal effort.

Made from soft polyethylene yarn and engineered with a tight-knit gauge for durability, it’s UV-stabilised to keep the deep black tone looking consistent outdoors.

Perfect for contrast elements when paired with brighter playground colours.

Note: Screens can display colours differently—please order a sample for an exact match. For colour consistency, order your full requirement in one go as shades may vary slightly between manufacturing batches.

Artificial grass installation guide

  1. Prepare the base

Clear turf, weeds and debris, then compact a suitable sub-base.

  2. Lay a membrane

Add a weed barrier and any required foam underlay.

  3. Roll out the grass

Allow it to settle, keep the pile direction consistent, and trim the edges neatly.

  4. Join and secure

Use joining tape and adhesive for seams, then secure the edges.

  5. Brush and finish

Brush fibres upright. Regular brushing keeps your lawn looking fresh.

Care and maintenance

Brush the fibres occasionally to keep the pile upright. Remove leaves and debris, and follow the care advice for your chosen grass.
