California 38mm Artificial Grass combines a soft, cushioned feel with a lively blend of emerald and olive straight fibres and green-yellow curly fibres. The multi-tone construction gives the lawn depth and variation rather than a flat, uniform colour.

Its 38mm pile is comfortable for everyday outdoor living, making California a strong choice for gardens, terraces, play spaces and entertaining areas. A polypropylene and mesh-scrim backing provides stability, while drainage holes help rainwater pass through the surface.

UV-stabilised fibres support year-round colour retention, and no sand infill is required for normal use. To minimise visible shade differences, order the full area together because separate manufacturing batches can vary slightly in colour.

Artificial grass installation guide

  1. Prepare the base

    Clear turf, weeds and debris, then compact a suitable sub-base.

  2. Lay a membrane

    Add a weed barrier and any required foam underlay.

  3. Roll out the grass

    Allow it to settle, keep the pile direction consistent, and trim the edges neatly.

  4. Join and secure

    Use joining tape and adhesive for seams, then secure the edges.

  5. Brush and finish

    Brush fibres upright. Regular brushing keeps your lawn looking fresh.

Care and maintenance

Brush the fibres occasionally to keep the pile upright. Remove leaves and debris, and follow the care advice for your chosen grass.
