Installing your new lawn is straightforward with the right preparation.

Quick Steps:

1. Prepare the base – Clear the area of turf, weeds, and debris. Compact the ground with a sub-base for stability.
   
2. Lay a membrane – Add a weed barrier (and optional foam underlay) for a smooth, clean finish.
   
3. Roll out the grass – Unroll, let it settle, and trim edges neatly with a sharp knife. Keep pile direction the same.
   
4. Join & secure – Use seam tape and adhesive for joins. Fix edges with pins or edging every 10–15cm.
   
5. Brush & finish – Brush fibres upright and rinse down to settle the surface.
   

Tips:

• Always order enough in one batch for colour consistency.
• Ensure slight slope away from buildings for drainage.
• Regular brushing keeps your lawn looking fresh.

If your parcel arrives damaged or something’s missing, let us know within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.

We want you to love your purchase. You can return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

However, artificial grass and any products cut to size or made to measure cannot be returned or refunded unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days with clear photos — we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Return postage for confirmed faults will be reimbursed.

Minor shade or texture differences can occur between batches, so we recommend ordering all the grass you need in one go.
