Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days across mainland UK.

Delivery rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address, and we offer free delivery on orders over £250.

We currently deliver to mainland UK only. For Northern Ireland, the Highlands, or remote areas, please contact us for a custom quote before ordering.

If your parcel arrives damaged or something’s missing, let us know within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.

We want you to love your purchase. You can return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

However, artificial grass and any products cut to size or made to measure cannot be returned or refunded unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days with clear photos — we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Return postage for confirmed faults will be reimbursed.

Minor shade or texture differences can occur between batches, so we recommend ordering all the grass you need in one go.
